The Corporate & Finance division is MGRA’s largest division. It is focused on the daily legal assistance to national and international legal persons and, on the other side, it deals with M&A , the legal due diligence and all the multiple corporate matters, including group reorganizations and corporate governance.

– Tax
The tax division acts transversely providing consultancy to MGRA Clients of various industries and, at the same time, it has a long established reputation on tax administrative procedures and tax litigation.

– Real Estate
Real Estate is a core area at MGRA, where our seasoned multidisciplinary teams are proud of having vast experience gathered on multiple transactions and projects.

– Administrative & EU
The Administrative & EU division advises in various areas, corresponding to our Clients needs in their relation with the Portuguese State and with the European Union. Counting with an area entirely dedicated to Urban Planning, including urban planning, allotment, licensing, construction and soils, this area also gives support to any real estate project entrusted to MGRA.

– Employment
The Employment division advises on the legal areas of labor law and social security law. Traditionally indispensable to the efficient management of the human resources of the companies, these areas had a strong development due to the successive legislative reorganizations and the opening of the Portuguese economy to a wide and competitive international market.

– Litigation & Insolvency
The Litigation & Insolvency division centralizes the majority of MGRA litigation cases and all massive pre-litigation and litigation procedures, in particular related with Corporate, Commercial and Civil Law.
