\nRelevant matters as International Space Law; Definition of Space and Space Law; Militarization \u0003of Outer Space; International Responsibility and Liability in Outer Space; Space Economy; National Space Legislations; Use of Outer Space for peaceful purposes; and Future Challenges of Space Law and Policy were in discussion.
\nMGRA presented its contribution with our lawyer Paula Castro Silveira lecturing about \u201cSpace Activities and International Environmental Law\u201d.
\nIt is increasingly important to study and understand the issue of environmental protection within the existing international regulatory framework for space activities as, for many years, space exploration was developed without concern for the inherent environmental risks. Therefore, the increasing pollution in earth orbit endangers the sustainability of space activities considered crucial for modern society.<\/p>\n
