The Council of Ministers approved the agreement between the Governments of the Portuguese Republic and the Republic of China for the establishment of a General Consulate of the Portuguese Republic in Guangzhou.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Council of Ministers approved the Decree-Law amending the criteria for sustainability of production and use of biofuels and bioliquids, and also biofuels promotion mechanisms on land transport, and the same Decree-Law sets the limits of mandatory incorporation of biofuels for the years 2011-2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was approved the Act of Legislative Authorization which allows the government to adopt the new regulations about installation and operation of aquaculture establishments.<\/strong><\/p>\n
